PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE APPOINTMENT

• You must bring valid photo Identification.

• Do not sign your paperwork before arriving at your appointment 

• If you will be bringing a witness, please let us know.  We can only accommodate up-to two witnesses in our office .

• Your witness/s MUST bring their valid photo Identification as well.

• We will not provide witness/s and may not be solicited from our office or any meeting location/business.

• In order to serve as a witness, the witness must personally know the individual whose document is being notarized.

NOTARY PUBLICS CANNOT:

• Provide a witness

• Provide legal advice or any counseling regarding your documents

• Notarize birth, marriage or death certificates 

• Prepare legal documents

• Notarize copies of any kind

• Post or pre-date a document​

• Notarize documents in a language they do not understand​

• Most importantly:  Notaries will not provide service if the customer, document, or circumstances of the request raise any issue of authenticity, ambiguity, doubt, or uncertainty for our notary or Prosponders, LLC.  In this event, the Prosponders, LLC and its notary will decline to provide Notary Services.
